Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Meet Lunar! He is a sweet 9-month-old Domestic Shorthair kitten who is always meowing for attention and head bumping to show affection. He absolutely loves other cats and loves meowing for attention!

A perfect day includes Lunar just chilling at home binge watching Netflix while getting his butt scratched. He would also love to get his zoomies out with a wand toy or anything that crinkles!

Lunar's superpowers include being completely litter trained, a great best friend to all kitties, and being silly when you clean. He's quite the vocalist and very confident in new surroundings.

He is happiest with a belly full of pate and a nice comfy bed. He is also happiest being hugged like a human baby with his arms around your neck! He is a huge snuggle bug and will loudly let you know when it's time for hugs.

If you're looking for a medium energy lovable big cat who will climb into your lap and meow directly into your face, then Lunar might be your perfect match!

Lunar is currently located n the cat habitat at the PetSmart in Plainville, CT.

Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals.
