Say hi to Stegosaurus! Stego is the perfect middle ground kitten. She loves to play and absolutely gets the zoomies, but she also knows the value of a good nap and a cozy cuddle. She’s playful without being wild, affectionate without being clingy.
She enjoys hanging out with her people and will happily nap with you on the bed, but she’s also comfortable doing her own thing. She doesn’t always stick close to her siblings and has an independent streak that gives her a quiet confidence.
When it’s playtime, she’s all in. A catnip banana or a wand toy will always win her over. She has a favorite perch near the living room window where she watches hummingbirds zip by like it’s her personal nature channel. Despite having plenty of toys, she has a soft spot for old socks and seems to think they’re the greatest invention ever.
Stego is wonderfully sweet and easy to be around. She’s been raised around teens and a toddler and does beautifully with kids. She hasn’t had much interaction with dogs, so slow introductions would be important there.
One of her funniest little quirks is her love of burrowing her face into your armpit for snuggles. It’s equal parts hilarious and endearing.
She truly doesn’t have a bad trait that we can find. She’s gentle, playful, affectionate, and balanced. Stegosaurus would likely do well as an only cat or with the right companion who respects her space.
She’s a very special girl, and we’re hoping to find the home that feels just right for her.
