Olasard and Helen are a deeply bonded senior pair who have shared a home and a history together, and now they’re looking for a peaceful place to spend their golden years side by side. These two offer a beautiful balance of quiet companionship, gentle affection, and mutual comfort that only a bonded pair can bring.
Olasard, a big, handsome orange tabby gentleman, has a calm and loving presence. Recently surrendered into our care, he’s adjusting well and looking for a low-key, understanding home. He’s on a special diet to support his health and does wonderfully with it. While he’s not a fan of being picked up, he adores affection on his own terms; soft pets, cozy laps, and quiet moments together are his favorite. He does okay with dogs who respect his space and thrives in a serene environment.
Helen, his bonded calico companion, is a soft-hearted older girl who takes a little time to warm up—but once she feels safe, her sweetness shines through. She enjoys gentle affection and being held briefly, prefers lounging nearby or curling up close to your feet, and plays softly when she’s comfortable. Helen is also on a special diet to support her kidney health. She communicates her boundaries clearly and may give a light nip when overstimulated or done playing, so she does best with patient, attentive humans in a calm home.
Together, Olasard and Helen provide each other reassurance and familiarity. Their bond is important to them, and they must be adopted together so they can continue offering one another the comfort they know and trust.

For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states.
Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
