Meow meet Tang! Tang is a beautiful young orange tabby girl with a gentle spirit and a playful heart. She has been in a foster home since birth, where she’s had the chance to grow and learn at her own pace. A recent move to a rescue environment was a bit overwhelming for her and her sister, so they were placed into another foster home and Tang is already showing her resilience and continues to build confidence every day! Tang can be a little shy and timid at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality begins to shine. She’s friendly, affectionate, and has a playful funny side that will make you smile. She is also a bit of a “talker”, happily chatting with you - especially when it’s mealtime! One of her favorite things is rubbing up against your legs for attention, and she loves pets (again, especially when food is involved). Tang shares a special bond with her sister Orange Crush, and it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together. However, it’s not required - as long as Tang has another friendly kitty companion in her new home to help her feel secure and continue growing in confidence. She’s energetic yet quietly observant, the perfect mix for someone looking for a loving companion who just needs a little patience and a lot of love. With time, Tang will blossom into an incredibly devoted, loving and entertaining member of your family!

Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted.

Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet.

Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.

No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
