Fireflies are known to guide lost travelers in the night, whether it be physically or mentally. That's why it seemed only suiting for this big guy to be named after one! Firefly was rescued from a large cat colony, where he wasn't doing so well. It wasn't so much the other cats, but the conditions he was under. Thankfully, he was rescued and restored back to tip-top shape in time to find a forever home!

Firefly is a robust lover boy who is just a shadow of his former thin self. He was shy at first, but now he's gained more confidence in himself. Once he knows a person, he dances and plays around like a little firefly at night! He's as active as he is loving. If there is laser pointers or wands involved, you can be sure to have a good laugh watching his silly guy have his way with them! When he tuckers himself out, he will curl up on the sofa with you to take a quick nap. Give him a pet, and everything wrong with the world disappears from his mind. Snacks are also a plus for him!

Firefly loves humans who give him time and love. However, there is another thing this boy really loves, and that's other kitties! He was able to come out of his shell thanks to their help, and he's hoping he will have a "mentor" when he finds his forever home. He has a couple of cousins and friends in his foster home he can suggest, but if there is a kitty at home who will welcome him, that would be great as well! If you have a feline member who needs a friend, Firefly will gladly light up their life with his charming personality!

Firefly's adoption donation is $135 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
