Charlie is a very handsome black gentleman with just a few charming white spots on his chest and tummy — like he dressed up in a tiny tuxedo just for you. This grateful boy is clearly happy to have been rescued and to be living the good life indoors, warm and safe where he belongs.

When Charlie first arrived in foster care, he was shy and unsure. But with patience and kindness, his sweet personality has slowly blossomed — and it has been such a joy to watch! Now that he’s feeling braver, Charlie happily accepts pets and even enjoys having little “conversations” with his foster parents. He loves being near his people and will often follow them from room to room just to see what’s going on. Think of him as your quiet, loyal sidekick.

Charlie has recently discovered the magic of toys — and it turns out he’s quite the playful guy! He’ll happily chase toys around the house, showing off his sleek panther moves. After playtime, he’s all about finding a cozy spot to stretch out and enjoy a long, luxurious nap.

He’s a relatively chill, easygoing fellow. He rides well in the car, isn’t picky about his meals, and has excellent litter box manners. Because he can be a little socially awkward with other cats, Charlie would likely thrive as the only feline in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention.

NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility.

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats
