Our foster was driving home from picking up kittens from us when this guy ran out in front of her on the highway. Although it was very late at night, she pulled over and spent an hour trying to coax him over. He was nervous but not mean so we knew he was in need of rescue. We contacted a TNR group closer to that area and they went, set traps, and trapped him! He is LOUD and has a LOT to say, hence the name. He is also a fan of head butts and snuggles and we definitely believe he was dumped and are so glad to have him now.
