Hi there… my name is Jade

I’m the quieter sister between the two of us. Abbey is usually the brave one and the first to say hello, while I like to take a moment to watch and make sure everything feels safe.

We came from the Ionia animal shelter after we were owner surrenders, but having Abbey by my side has made the change easier.

I might seem shy at first, but if you come over gently and give me some pets, you’ll quickly see my sweet side. I love head scratches, kind voices, and once I feel comfortable, the purring starts.

Abbey may warm up first, but I promise I’m just as affectionate. And if you bring treats… well, that’s definitely the way to our hearts.
