And sitting right beside me is my sister, Jade. I’m the one writing this because I’m just a little more outgoing. Jade prefers to quietly supervise.
We came from the Ionia animal shelter after being owner surrenders. It was a big change for us, but we’ve had each other through it all, which makes everything a little easier.
We should be honest though—we’re both a bit shy at first. We’re the kind of girls who might hang back and observe before saying hello. But if you come over gently and give us some attention, that’s when you’ll see our real personalities.
We love pets, head scratches, and kind voices. Once you start petting us, we melt right into it and those purrs start going. And if you really want to win us over quickly… treats are definitely the way to our hearts.
All we need is a calm home, a little patience, and someone who’s ready to give two sweet wallflower sisters the love we’re waiting for.
Love, Abbey (and Jade, who says hello too)
