Asuki - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Houston, Texas

Asuki is a sweet, playful young girl who is a little over a year old. She has a curious spirit, plenty of love to give, and still carries that fun, kitten-like energy that keeps life interesting.

She's very friendly and affectionate without being overly clingy—happy to spend time with her people and just as content relaxing nearby while doing her own thing.

Asuki loves lounging on her cat perch and watching birds outside as if it's her favorite television show. When she's not bird-watching, you'll find her playing with her feline friends, chasing feather toys, or burning off energy with zoomies—especially on her exercise wheel.

She's an active, fun-loving cat who would thrive in a home where she has space to play, explore, and stay busy. She should do well with respectful children who understand gentle interactions.

Asuki has also lived with a Chihuahua and did just fine, so she would likely do well with calm, cat-friendly dogs.

Adoption & Transport Details:

This kitty is currently located in Houston, TX.

Adoption is available with transport to the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, and the Northeast (some restrictions may apply). Please note that we are unable to adopt to New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Maine.

Transport is included in the adoption fee.

The adoption fee is $400 for most states, and $500 for Massachusetts to cover required quarantine costs.
