Caramela is a gorgeous apricot tabby with the softest, silkiest fur in her litter — and lucky for you, she’s a total lap cat. The moment you sit down with a blanket, she seems to magically appear, curl up, and settle in as if she’s claimed that spot forever.

For a kitten her age (around 8.5 months), Caramela is on the mellow side. She's pretty low key. She enjoys a fun play session but isn't over the top. Caramela will make a wonderful addition to any family. She and her sister Butterscotch are the timid ones of the litter, but they warm up with some head and neck scratches. Caramela's calm, affectionate nature makes her an easy companion who will fit beautifully into a loving and patient home. She's fine with kids old enough to let her open up in her time.

Once submitted, we will reach out to approved applicants by phone. We may also suggest other amazing cats in our care who could be a great fit for your home.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT:

This cat is currently in South Mississippi. Local and out-of-town adopters are welcome. For out of town adopters, we offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport to many states in the Northeast. (The $175 adoption fee includes transport to the city on this listing. Our transports run every 2-3 weeks to that location.) We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.

VETTING:

All of our cats are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive to their adopters spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped.
