Meet Crawford.
This gorgeous black-and-white tuxedo kitty came to us from Crawford, MS—fittingly named after the place he once called home. Crawford was a deeply loved companion to an elderly Veteran who, due to health reasons, had to move into a VA Home. Now, this sweet boy is ready for a new chapter and a forever family of his own.

About a year old, Crawford has the softest, thickest fur you'll ever touch and stunning dark gold eyes that will stop you in your tracks. He adores chin rubs, ear pets, and booty scratches, happily rewarding affection with a steady motor of purrs. While he can still be a little skittish, he's learning that being picked up for cuddles isn't such a bad thing—especially when it leads to love and comfort.

Crawford enjoys the indoor life and keeps himself entertained batting pom-pom balls, chasing cat teaser toys, and leaping after feather toys. His cat tree is one of his favorite spots, whether he's playing or just lounging and keeping an eye on his kingdom.

He would do well with older children and friendly cats. Dogs are an unknown, but a very calm canine companion might be just fine. Crawford has excellent litter box manners, a healthy appetite, and is truly an easy keeper who will bring joy, playfulness, and companionship to his new home.
