Meet Hera - A Sweet Mama Ready for Her Happily Ever After!

Beautiful Hera is a Manx mama with a big heart, a little sass, and quite the story to tell. Hera welcomed a litter of kittens in July, and now that most of her babies have found their forever homes, it's finally Mama's turn to be someone's baby!

Hera's story is a bittersweet one. She was previously rescued and adopted by a wonderful woman who loved her dearly. Unfortunately, life took an unexpected turn, and her mama found herself homeless. Despite her circumstances, she did everything she could to keep Hera by her side, even staying in a hotel that allowed her beloved kitty to stay with her.

Then came the call she'd been waiting for. After a long wait, she had finally reached the top of the list for affordable housing. It was the fresh start she desperately needed, but there was one heartbreaking catch: she couldn't bring Hera. Faced with an impossible decision, she made the selfless choice to surrender Hera to Purrfect Pawprints Rescue, giving her the opportunity to find another loving home.

And let me tell you, Hera is SO deserving of one! Hera is an incredibly sweet girl who loves affection and simply wants to hang out with her people. She's perfectly content relaxing nearby, soaking up love, and enjoying the good life.

She's generally fine with other cats, although she does have a little sass! If another kitty gets too close when she's not in the mood, she has no problem giving a little swat to remind them about personal space. She's not looking for trouble; she just appreciates having her boundaries respected!

Hera is also great with kids and does well sharing a home with dogs. She prefers to keep her distance from them rather than interact, but she's perfectly comfortable having them around as long as they respect her space.

After raising her babies and experiencing so much change, this sweet girl deserves a home where she can settle in, feel safe, and be loved for the rest of her life. Hera has already been loved deeply, and now she deserves to be loved forever.
