Flo is a tiny black beauty with a perfect white splotch on her chest and a personality that’s anything but small. Friendly, inquisitive, and very smart, she’s still very much a teenager with playful kitten energy and a curious streak.

She may be a little shy at first, but Flo warms up quickly and becomes wonderfully affectionate. Snuggle time is her favorite part of the day — whether it’s couch time during a show or curling up in bed at night, she wants to be tucked in close to her person. She has an impressive vocabulary of meows, murmurs, and trills (including an adorable slightly “froggy” voice), plus a huge, steady purr.

Play is serious business for Flo. She loves her cat tunnel, plastic and mylar balls, cardboard scratcher boxes, and feather toys that really get her leaping. As a young cat, she’s still learning household rules, but she picks up routines and “no” quickly and is doing great redirecting her scratching to cat trees and scratchers.

Flo adapts well with proper introductions and does fine with other cats after about a week to settle in. She has been fostered with a 50-lb cat-friendly dog and handled it beautifully. While she hasn’t lived with children, her playful and social nature suggests she would likely do well, especially in a home that engages her with toys.

Sweet, cuddly, playful, and adaptable, Flo is a wonderful little companion who will thrive in many types of loving homes.
