Dahlia is a beautiful calico girl estimated to be 4 to 5 years old. She has a sweet and gentle nature. She enjoys being petted and spending calm time with her people. Dahlia was living as a stray in a colony and went through TNR, which is why she has an ear tip. Life on the streets was not kind to her, and other cats often picked on her. When a caring resident reached out for help, Dahlia was brought into our foster program so she could finally live in peace and safety.
She tolerates other cats but does not wish to be friends with them. She may give a small hiss if another cat gets too close, which is understandable given her past experiences. Dahlia can be startled by sudden movements or loud noises, but overall she is a gentle, quiet, and social cat with the humans she knows and trusts. Dahlia would do best in a calm, quiet home, where she can feel safe, loved, and appreciated for the sweet soul she is.
