If you've ever wanted to adopt a little orange ray of sunshine, Elusive Butterfly may be your girl! And yes-she's a female orange cat, which is pretty special. Only about 20% of orange cats are female, making this sweet girl a rare little gem!

Elusive Butterfly is social, playful, affectionate, and always ready for fun. Her favorite activity? Chasing wand and feather toys! But when playtime is over, she wants to be right where you are-preferably on your lap. She's a total purr machine and was even purring during her bath!

This girl has an excellent appetite and absolutely loves her Friskies wet food and Kitten Chow dry food. She's also a litterbox champ-because we believe every superhero needs excellent bathroom manners.

Elusive Butterfly is currently being fostered with two other female kittens, Millicent and Modesty, and she would absolutely love to have a feline companion in her forever home. She thrives with other cats and enjoys having a friend to play and snuggle with.

This sweet girl came into rescue needing to gain some much-needed weight. She's getting lots of good food, love, attention, and care in her foster home-and she is clearly very thankful for her second chance. She's just happiest when she's near you, soaking up every bit of love she can get.

She is up to date on her vaccinations and will be spayed before adoption.
