Meet Taz — an energetic, loving whirlwind of a kitten who brings excitement and affection everywhere he goes. He’s playful, social, curious, and full of life, and he adores roughhousing with other cats. This little guy truly has a heart of gold and loves nothing more than being close to his people.

Taz is a tiny tornado of energy who is always on the move, checking out what’s happening in every corner of the house. With his high activity level, he will absolutely need a home with other playful pets who can keep up with him. If he can’t find a buddy, he’ll happily fling himself around with a toy and entertain himself — growls, hisses, rolls, and all. He’s still learning the difference between a gentle, playful nip and a full-on chomp, but he’s smart and eager to learn.

Even though he rarely slows down, Taz has a very cuddly side. He loves being in your face, giving head bumps, and offering adorable nose and chin nibbles. In the mornings, the moment he notices you’re awake, he turns into a purring, snuggly sweetheart.

OUR CATS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.

All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).

Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
