Joe is a thoughtful brown tabby with a big heart and a strong sense of responsibility for his siblings. From the very beginning, he’s been their quiet protector — always watching, always making sure everyone is okay. Born outdoors with little human contact, Joe was understandably cautious at first, but he has made wonderful progress and continues to grow more confident every day.

Joe has very specific tastes (crunchy treats only, please!) and an unexpectedly charming soft spot: conversation. When his foster family started speaking his language — literally, with a few perfectly pitched meows — Joe quickly melted. Once he realized humans could communicate *his* way, his walls came down, and his friendly side began to shine.

He enjoys playtime, especially when it’s paired with treats and encouragement, and he’s becoming more comfortable with affection as trust builds. Joe will thrive in a patient home that appreciates a thoughtful, loyal kitten and is happy to continue building a bond through gentle interaction. Having a sibling or friendly feline companion would be a wonderful match for this sweet, protective boy.

Our adoption fee is $250. This fee includes age appropriate vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age, a voucher will be provided for underaged kittens. Cats will also be current on prevention.
