At first, Riviera can be a bit shy and unsure. Human affection is still new to her, so when you reach out for pets she might give you a “whoa...what’s happening?!” moment. But give her a little time, move slowly, and show her kindness, and you’ll see her start to blossom. Once she realizes you’re a friend, she’ll lean into your touch, soak up the love, and even seek out attention on her own.
Riviera is looking for a patient, understanding home that will help her continue to build confidence and show her just how wonderful being loved can be. With a little time and a lot of heart, she’s sure to become a devoted and affectionate companion.
