Ernest may come off a bit shy at first, but once he warms up you will love his affectionate, playful side. Ernest loves a soft neck scratch, and gets especially jealous when he sees they are being given out to Floyd. He loves to watch animals out the window and zoom around and play with our mice and wand toys. It has been so fun watching this guy come out of his shell. He is almost always waiting by the door when he hears me coming, and has started to greet me with the softest, sweetest meow. He is bonded with Floyd and they do many things together: eat, sleep, groom, and even just walking side by side.
