Meet Ignition—“Iggy” for short!

Iggy got his name from his beginnings: he was originally cared for by a mechanic who loved him but could no longer keep him. When our rescue stepped in to help, this little engine of energy was ready to start his next chapter. Now Iggy is looking for a forever home where he can truly rev up his happy life.

Iggy is an active, smart kitten who is always ready for fun. He’s playful, curious, and endlessly entertaining to watch. Whether he’s chasing a ball, zooming around with his feline friends, or inventing a new game, Iggy approaches life with enthusiasm and a great sense of humor.

He’s also a very affectionate boy. While he’s usually busy exploring and playing, he’s happy to pause for attention and pets. He tolerates being picked up and cuddled, and with time and bonding, he may become even more of a snuggle bug.

One thing that makes Iggy extra special is how clever he is. We’ve already started clicker training with him because he shows so much potential. He’s curious, attentive, and eager to engage—traits that make training both fun and rewarding.

Iggy enjoys the company of other cats and loves interactive play, especially batting around balls and toys. He would likely do great in a home with another playful cat or with people who will spend time playing and engaging his bright little mind.
