This 1yearold gray sweetheart came into the shelter with her kitten and has been thriving in a foster home ever since. Now that her baby is grown and ready to find a forever family, Marlene is excited for her turn.

Marlene is affectionate, loving, and wonderfully talkative-she'll happily chat with you about her day and chirp for attention. She adores being pet, loves her toys, and is a big fan of scratching posts (a girl's gotta keep those nails in shape). She also gets along well with other cats, making her a great fit for multicat homes.

Playful, vocal, and full of heart, Marlene is ready to bring joy, conversation, and cuddles into her new family's life.


Come meet me at High Country Humane located at 11665 N. Highway 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004. Our shelter is open Thursday-Tuesday, 11am-5pm, and closed on Wednesdays.

Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped (we register it for free!). Each adoption also includes a free health exam. Please bring a carrier for your new pet, or you can purchase a cardboard one for just $10 at the shelter (we don't have plastic carriers to give away).
