Smudge is a sweet man looking for a peaceful home where he can learn to love and be loved. Last year he had been living an outdoor life, but a kind family took him in for the winter to give him a cozy place while they could. They said that he hid a lot at first, but once he trusted them, he followed them around for attention and loved to play.

This handsome guy is now in a foster home and following the same trend. He has his favorite hiding spot, but is slowly learning to trust his foster family. He loves lickable treats like churu, and also loves gentle cheek pets.

Smudge has shown a lot of positive curiosity toward another male cat in his foster home. He may enjoy having a feline companion, and it may even help him find some confidence.

We aren't sure how Smudge feels about dogs, but it is likely that he may prefer calm, quieter dogs if any.
