Bali came in from an area where ferals were overpopulating. He hasn't been near people very much but still enjoys some head and back scratches but only on his terms. Bali might feel more at home living on a farm where he can roam freely and his friends. With all outdoor cats, a shelter is required along with daily food and water. We're estimating him to be around 6 years old and is now up to date on vet care and neutered.
