Phineas is especially affectionate and loves snuggling into your neck or sitting on your shoulder like a little parrot so he can stay close to you. He absolutely loves lickable treats, blanket cuddles, and will even play tug-of-war with wand toys like a puppy! Heâ€ÂTMs incredibly food motivated, full of playful kitten energy, and has the loudest little meow for such a tiny guy. He would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of love, playtime, and attention to help him continue growing into a confident, social cat.
