Vernon is a 2 year old who has found himself in the shelter. Right now, Vernon is battling generalized scabies dermatitis. His little body is itchy and inflamed, and he needs treatment, rest, and gentle hands to help him heal. On top of that, he is FIV+. The shelter is loud. It’s overwhelming. It’s not where Vernon should be fighting to recover. This animal is at risk for euthanasia.
