Meet Chat! True to his name, this 5–6-month-young bundle of personality has plenty to say and isn’t shy about sharing it. Outgoing, energetic, and always on the move, Chat is a curious little adventurer who loves to climb, explore, and be part of the action.
He’s as social as they come, getting along wonderfully with other cats, dogs, and kids - making him a perfect addition to just about any home. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and entertaining companion who will keep you smiling (and chatting!), Chat is your guy!

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
