Tinker is a petite, chocolatey-dark 1-year-old beauty with a gentle soul and the sweetest little face. She arrived at HART as a young and devoted mama, focused on raising her kittens, and is now ready to enjoy a life where she can finally be the one receiving all the love and attention she deserves.

When Tinker first came to us, she was understandably fearful and unsure of people. With patience, kindness, and the steady support of our Shy Angels Socialization Team, she has been learning that humans can be safe and comforting. Each day she grows a little braver, revealing more of the affectionate cat she's been all along. We've all been falling in love with this little one - she is truly special.

Once Tinker decides you're one of her people, she absolutely melts for attention. She adores gentle pets and will happily soak them up for as long as you're willing to give. If you stop too soon, she'll softly reach out a tiny paw as if to say, "Just a little more, please." It's an irresistible gesture from an equally irresistible girl.

Tinker would thrive in a calm, experienced home that understands shy cats and will allow her to build trust at her own pace. Because of her shy nature, she would need to go to a home with no dogs or children, however, she does well with the other cats in her room and would be fine with respectful feline companions. With time, patience, and love, Tinker will reward her person with deep affection and quiet companionship.
