This cat was found in Waynesville. Scared and in the cold. Since being at the shelter, she is starting to come around. The sounds of the dogs are a bit much. Maybe a home with less noise would help.All animals must be neutered/spayed prior to finalization of adoption. All animals will be microchipped and have the appropriate vaccinations for the age of the animal. All animals will be treated for worms and flea/tick prevention.
