When Sig first came to Edgar & Ivy's, he was in desperate need of help. He had a necrotic leg that was later diagnosed as cancer. What happened next was extraordinary -- people from around the world rallied behind him, helping fund two surgeries that ultimately saved his life.
Today, Sig is cancer-free and thriving.
He is now a proud three-legged survivor, but don't tell him he's any different. He gets around beautifully and doesn't let anything slow him down. What truly defines Sig isn't his missing leg -- it's his affectionate, gentle, loving personality. He adores attention and bonds deeply with his people.
