DESCRIPTION

Hi there, I'm Clyde!

I'm a big lovebug with a little bit of sass mixed in - basically the perfect combo if you ask me. I love attention and will happily come right up to you with my tail straight in the air, chirping hello and asking for head rubs. I'm super friendly with new people and not shy about introducing myself! Sometimes I even give sweet little head-butts to show my affection.

Now, I do like attention... but on my terms. Once I've had my fill of pets, I'll politely let you know it's time for a break. (And just so we're clear - belly rubs are definitely not my thing.)

Playing is one of my favorite hobbies! I love chasing wand toys and wrestling with toys I can bite and kick. I'm still learning that toys are the best place to put all that playful energy, so continuing to use toys with me will really help me keep up my good manners. I can get a little over-excited sometimes and forget about my claws or try to nibble hands, so a home without very little kids would probably be best for me.

I'm also a curious climber and window watcher. I love hanging out with my sister Bonnie and looking out the window together, so a cat tree and plenty of scratching posts are must-haves in my future home. Don't be surprised if you find me exploring high places - cabinets and counters are definitely interesting to an adventurous guy like me!

I came to my foster as a stray, so I've got a bit of that hunter spirit in me. These days I prefer chasing toys instead of real prey, and I'm a big fan of wet food and good naps during the day while my humans are away.

I'm definitely the more outgoing one between my sister and me, but we love each other and cuddle together all the time. I'm hoping to find a forever home for both of us where we can keep each other company. We are not necessarily bonded and could be adopted separately. However, I really need a companion kitty or cat friendly dog to help keep me entertained.

If you're looking for a quirky orange kitty with a big personality, sweet chirps, and lots of love to give, I might just be your guy.
