Meet Cajun, this sweet kitten has a loving heart and a playful personality. Cajun might take a moment to warm up to new people, but once he does, he quickly becomes your loyal buddy. One of his favorite things to do is follow you around and gently head-butt your leg to ask for attention.
Cajun loves to play with his brothers: Creole, Bayou, Gumbo, and Mardi Gras. He’s especially fond of wrestling with Creole. When he’s not busy playing with his brothers, Cajun likes showing off his skills on his cat treadmill.
This sweet boy was born into foster care after his mother, Kopi, was rescued as a stray. Cajun has a gentle, affectionate nature and enjoys spending time with his people once he feels comfortable. He would do best in a calm home with one of his brothers or another cat, where he can settle in and let his affectionate personality shine.
With a little patience, Cajun will reward you with loving head bumps, and loyal companionship.

All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision.
