Beignet is a sweet little girl with classic tuxie markings and a truly unforgettable feature, her extremely long white whiskers that give her a look all her own.
Found outside and rescued at just four weeks old when she was all alone, Beignet was welcomed into a loving foster home where she received extensive medical care, plenty of TLC, and the chance to grow up alongside other young kittens and friendly pets. While she enjoyed her time for kitten play, Beignet has always been on the shy and reserved side, preferring a calmer, more thoughtful approach to the world rather than bold adventures. She may take a little time to warm up in a new environment, but having another friendly kitty companion would help her feel safe, confident, and secure, and once she does, her gentle personality truly shines.
Now settled into one of our lovely kitten rooms with lots of opportunities for play and socialization, Beignet is ready to start her next chapter. If you’re looking for a soft, quiet, and tender-hearted companion, Beignet may just be the perfect treat for your home.

All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision.
