Adopt Bart!
-a survivor with a heart of pure gold-
Bart is handsome gentleman who has truly seen it all. After spending much of his life on the streets and earning several battle scars along the way, Bart was finally given a chance at safety when he was rescued and treated for an injury by his amazing foster mom. That’s when she realized this tough guy wasn’t feral at all — he was a sweetheart just waiting for someone to believe in him.
In his foster home, Bart has blossomed into a loving, playful, and delightfully silly companion. He adores being petted and loved on, happily chases wand toys and pom-pom balls, and keeps himself entertained with his treat dispenser throughout the day. One of his favorite pastimes is lounging on his cat tree, watching the world go by through the window, soaking it all in. And if you’re lucky enough to be his person? You might even get adorable toe kisses when you’re barefoot.
Bart can be shy in new situations, but with patience and kindness, his true personality shines. Once he trusts you, he becomes deeply affectionate, loyal, and eager for attention. He’ll even wake you up with morning zoomies, climbing all over you to remind you that playtime (and love time) is very important.
Bart would thrive in a calm, adult home where he’s given the time and space to feel safe and secure. In return, he offers endless affection, quiet companionship, and the joy of watching a once-forgotten soul fully bloom.
** Bart needs a quiet, indoor-only home with plenty of room to run around, cat trees to climb on, and toys to play with. He needs a family who will give him lots of love, attention, and playtime. **
We do believe Bart would do best in a home without other cats or dogs. He would do well with older, gentle, respectful children and he is litter box trained.
If you’re ready to open your heart to a gentle boy with so much love to give, Bart is waiting for you. Come meet him and see if he’s the missing piece of your family.
