Meet Neo!
Neo is nearly blind-he can only see shadows in bright light-but he navigates beautifully using his other senses, especially his hearing. He's learned to "map" his surroundings and zooms around without bumping into things.
He's very vocal and affectionate, a little "crooner" who sings back when you talk to him and coos when he's happy or wants attention. He loves to play, especially with wand toys that have bells, which he can track by sound. He's incredibly agile and not held back by his vision at all.
