Phil is a handsome 2-year-old black and white boy with bright yellow green eyes! He has unique markings!
Phil loves to play! He was rescued from a life on the streets and now that he's in a foster home he's loving his new life! There are a lot of cats at his foster home and he likes to play with them but he does seem a bit overwhelmed. We think once he's in a home alone or with one other cat he will be ok. We think maybe a female cat would be best for Phil!
Phil is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV.
All of our cats and kittens are adopted as indoor-only pets, where they’ll be safest and loved the most. We don’t want anything bad to happen to these precious babies!

Phil is currently being fostered in TN. The adoption fee is $300 and that includes a health certificate and transport to New England.
