Meet Steve, an 8-month-old Domestic Shorthair with a soft spirit and a gorgeous striped coat to match.

Steve is the quieter gentleman of the group. While his brothers may rush in at mealtime, Steve politely hangs back and takes his turn — often finishing last. He’s a beautiful boy inside and out, with the sweetest, most easygoing nature.
His favorite things?

Snuggling on your lap
Kneading away to make the perfect snooze spot
Loud, happy purring while he settles in
Zooming around with his brothers
Playing with the Cat Dancer wand
Being brushed (he leans right into it!)
Dropping and rolling to proudly show off his gorgeous striped tummy — just like his brother Allan

Adopting from The Cat Shack
The Cat Shack rescue is all volunteer and the adopted cats are delivered to your home. Because we deliver the cats to you, we must restrict the adoptions of our highly adoptable cats to a 1 hour drive from the Allentown PA area. In certain situations, 'special-needs' cats, ferals and older cats will be adopted to homes at a greater distance then a 1 hour drive from Allentown PA.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, tested and altered as part of the adoption contract. This basic care (and other vet work required to make our rescues healthy) is included in the $100 adoption donation!
