Cecel is a 3-year-old sweetheart who came to us from a home where there were simply too many cats for one person to manage. Despite the overwhelming situation she came from, Cecel has shown us that she’s a gentle, adaptable girl who just needs a little time to feel safe again.

Right now, the shelter environment has her feeling a bit shut down, and she tends to keep to herself. But we know there’s a loving, curious kitty waiting to shine once she’s in a calmer, more comfortable space. Having lived with many other cats before, Cecel does well with feline friends and wouldn’t mind sharing her home with other kitties.

Cecel has experience as an indoor/outdoor cat, and we believe she’d be happiest continuing that lifestyle. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, taking in all the sights and smells, then coming back inside when she’s ready for a cozy spot, a good meal, or a break from the weather.
