His previous people said he let them know when he'd had enough attention. We think Franklin would do well in a home with plenty of space to be a cat, with a patient adopter who can give him the love and interactive play he needs, while also respecting his limits. Franklin is currently up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick preventative, has been neutered, microchipped, and examined by our vet team.
