Meet Pogo!

Hi, I’m Pogo, a 2-year-old black-and-white tuxedo cat with a big heart and a resilient spirit. I had a rough start and was badly injured, which led to the amputation of my left front leg—but don’t let that fool you. I’m incredibly independent, love to climb, and do just fine with a mix of low and high surfaces to help me reach my favorite spots.

I’m an affectionate boy who truly thrives on kindness. My foster mom holds me every day and gives me kisses on my head and neck, and I love it—it makes me purr right away. I’m also a self-proclaimed catnip connoisseur and go absolutely wild for my catnip toys!

In my foster home, I live with several cats. I get along well with the girls and one laid-back boy, but I’m not a fan of male cats or kittens. I do, however, enjoy sunbathing with the ladies. I’m also quite the conversationalist and will happily “talk” to you when I want attention, food, or if a door gets closed.

I’m looking for a forever family who will give me time, patience, and plenty of cozy hiding spots while we build trust. Once I feel safe, I’m all in—ready to give the world’s best hugs. My foster mom tells me all the time that I’m “so deserving.” I’m not exactly sure what that means, but I think it’s something really good.

Pogo is currently being fostered in Texas but available to transport to approved adopter in the Midwest, Northeast and Canada.

$150 Adoption fee includes vaccinations, Spay/Neuter, microchip, deworming
$200 Transport fee for transport and vet/documentation requirements in preparation for transport.
