As a kitten, Charly was a community cat that was part of a neighborhood TNR (trap neuter release) program and taken in by a kind lady who just couldn't let him go back to a life on the streets. Because he had lived outside for so long, it's taken Charly some time to warm up to people. Charly is now interacting with the staff and volunteers. He loves to be pet when approached slowly. He would be great with a more confident and friendly cat to help him with his confidence. Charly would do best in a quiet a home with no kids or dogs. He is currently on prescription food, Royal Canin PR for IBD and blood pressure meds.
