Phil is a 6 month old boy. He is lovey and playful with a lot of fun kitten energy. He purrs as soon as you pick him up. Phil would love to go to a home with his brother, Carl, but can be adopted separately.

Adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip/registration, flea and worm treatment.
