Molly is a five-year-old calico tabby — also known as a torbie — with rich brown tabby striping, warm orange and white patches, and a pair of striking green-gold eyes that are impossible to look away from. She arrived at Cobb Animal Services as a stray on May 17th, and this beautiful, one-of-a-kind girl is now waiting for someone to give her the indoor life she deserves.

Molly's coloring is genuinely rare and stunning — the torbie pattern, a blend of tabby striping and calico patching, makes every cat who carries it completely unique. There is not another Molly anywhere. At 9 lbs she is a nicely proportioned, medium sized cat with an elegant, composed presence that draws you in the moment you see her.

Because Molly came in as a stray, her full story is unknown. What is known is that she is five years old, FIV/FeLV negative, and ready to leave the uncertainty of shelter life behind. Cats who have lived on their own often blossom in remarkable ways once they feel safe and settled in a calm, loving home.

Five is a wonderful age — past the chaotic kitten stage and fully into her own, with many beautiful years still ahead of her. Molly deserves a warm windowsill, a soft place to curl up, and someone who will appreciate just how special she truly is.
