Meet Mila — a beautiful silver tabby Domestic Short Hair mix with striking dark stripes and the most soulful golden eyes. This precious 12-year-old girl just arrived at the shelter, and the thought of a cat who has lived a whole lifetime of love and devotion now finding herself alone in a kennel at 12 years old is simply heartbreaking. She deserves so much more than this, and she deserves it now.
 
Mila is already spayed, FIV/FeLV negative, and up to date on all of her vaccines — a healthy and beautiful senior girl who is ready to walk straight from this shelter into the warmest and most loving home imaginable. At 12 years old she has lived a lifetime of quiet grace and dignity, and every single remaining day of her golden years deserves to be spent in a soft, peaceful place with someone who will treasure every moment with her.

This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
