Say hello to Zuzu, at about 2–3 years old, this lovely girl is the definition of a gentle soul. Zuzu isn’t a fan of big changes, so she may need a little time to settle into a new home, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her true personality shines. She’s an absolute sweetheart who will steal your heart with her goofy moments and her deep love for cozy naps. If you’re patient, kind, and ready to give her the space to adjust, Zuzu will reward you with affection, laughs, and plenty of cuddle time.
She has a sensitive soul and would thrive best in a calm home where young kids and dogs aren’t part of the daily bustle.

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
