Sapphire is a sweet, shy little girl who is looking for a calm, loving home where she can truly feel safe and spoiled. She came from a home with lots of cats and not a lot of one-on-one attention, so she's still learning that people can be her safe place.

When she first arrives in a new home, she will likely hide-and she's very good at it! She can squeeze into the tiniest, most unexpected spaces, so it's important to take introductions slowly and make sure areas like recliners, couches, and tight spaces are secured. Giving her a cozy, designated hideout like a cat tree, soft bed, or even a cardboard box fort will help her feel safe as she settles in.

Once she's comfortable, Sapphire really enjoys being held and loved on by adults. She's more of a quiet observer and prefers a peaceful environment. Because she can be easily scared, she would do best in a home with children over 10 who can understand her boundaries and give her the patience she needs.

Sapphire does well with other cats and would likely enjoy a friendly feline companion. She will need to remain an indoor-only kitty so she can feel safe and protected.
