Frank is one of 20+ cats found abandoned at a home. He is calm and sweet and gentle. Frank will approach you for pets and will purr, but he's just getting used to being held. The vet has estimated him to be a year old. Frank would love to find his furever family after his rough first year of life. He's been around other cats, as well as children, as has been fine. He's up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered. He is currently located in French Camp, California, and we can arrange transportation if that's an issue, but we would prefer if you met him in person. Is Tony the one for you? His eyes say yes!
