Kea is a handsome grey tuxedo boy, mostly soft grey with a few white markings. He takes a moment to size up a new room, but generally he warms up quickly -- and once he's decided you're his person, he'll come looking for you, asking for cuddles and settling in close.

His ideal day alternates between enjoying (and snoozing) in a sunny window seat with a good view of the birds, and serious play sessions. (Insider info: wand toys are his favorite!)

Kea would do best in a home with another younger kitty for playtime and company. If you don't already have a companion for him, Kea is especially fond of his littermate Kiri, and the two would make a lovely pair -- though any of his siblings, Koen, Kiwi, or Kererū, would also be great options. He does well with other cats when introductions go slowly. He hasn't met a dog yet, so that's still an unknown. He's happiest in a calmer home; while he is happy playing with gentle children, loud noises and high-energy kids are a bit much for him.
