Precious offers the kind of steady, warm companionship that only a senior cat can provide, making her the perfect partner for quiet afternoons and cozy nights. While she may take a little time to adjust to new surroundings, she has settled beautifully into her foster home and, like any distinguished older lady, is a confident and social host when new people come to visit.

At fifteen years young, Precious proves that age is just a number. She is surprisingly active and enjoys several enthusiastic play sessions every day. Her absolute favorite is her fishing-rod toy, which she chases with the kind of gusto that puts younger cats to shame. She is currently on a kidney-support wet food diet as a proactive precaution for the very early stages of kidney disease. These fees fund spay/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, and combo testing (feline leukemia and FIV) for your adopted cat, rescue efforts, shelter, and veterinary care. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two!
