Domestic Medium Hair Cats Available for Adoption

Mila is a 13-year-old tabby with a gentle spirit and a wonderfully curious mind. She spent over a decade in a loving home before her family had to make the difficult decision to surrender her, and after a short stay at the shelter she is now being fostered in a cozy home on the Lower East Side, where her personality is truly shining.

Mila is bright, observant, and always exploring — she enjoys investigating little corners, climbing to higher spots, and spending time by the window watching the world go by. She's perfectly content in smaller spaces but also loves to stroll around and make quiet adventures part of her day. Despite her independent streak, Mila is very affectionate and loves gentle pets and cuddles. She's respectful of personal space, yet she'll always greet you warmly when you wake up or walk through the door. Mila would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can continue to explore, lounge, and share her sweet, steady companionship.

Mila is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and FELV/FIV negative.

We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the animal is on our website, they are still available.
